With only 2-3 weeks before harvesting you can see the changing colour with sunlight. Hot days and cooler nights size and color the apples, along with plenty of moisture from rain, or irrigation systems on especially warm and dry summers. For the next few weeks we will keep a close eye on the orchard block and test them to determine when there ready for harvest. We have a few ways of testing, one of which is testing the starch levels and the other is the good old fashion taste test.
