Our harvest season is starts mid to late August and finishes the end of October. Nature plays a large role in the timing of when each apple variety is ready for harvest. Each variety is harvested in to our wooden bins and delivered to our market within minutes. We also transport our bins to our cold storage facilities and chilled to a certain temperature to maximize freshness while waiting to go to market and be enjoyed by customers.
