Harvest

Harvest

Our harvest season is starts mid to late August and finishes the end of October. Nature plays a large role in the timing of when each apple variety is ready for harvest. We also transport our bins to our cold storage facilities and chilled to a certain temperature to maximize freshness while waiting to go to market and be enjoyed by customers.   Photo taken in our Honeycrisp orchard block planted in 2001.
